Italy is a better team and they proved it. They redeemed themselves from the embarrassment tie against the US in 2006. Italy is just better.

I am proud of Giuseppe Rossi. He is an inspiration. He is one of the few american born footballers to actually know how to play soccer. He is wise to play for Italy instead of the US. The US national squad just is not good at all. I respect Giuseppi Rossi.
