1. Where are the matches being played?
All FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009 matches are being played in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The matches will be played in two stadiums, Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium and Zayed Stadium. Your ticket clearly states which venue that match is being played in.
2. Where can you buy tickets?
You can buy tickets to FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009:
- Online at www.fifa.com/uae2009.
- Via the Ticket Hotline by calling 800KICK (800 5425 if you are ordering from within the UAE or +971 (0)2 449 9955 if you are outside the UAE.
- For bulk ticket purchases over (20) tickets, please order your tickets by calling our Ticket Hotline 800KICK or +971 (0)2 449 995 You will receive a special group discount price.
3. Can I buy tickets at the stadium on match days?
Only if tickets are still available. Specific details related to Mohammed bin Zayed and Zayed Stadium ticket sales will be provided in October 2009. It is recommended that you purchase your ticket(s) prior to arriving at the Stadiums to avoid waiting to buy your tickets, or being disappointed if games are a sellout.
4. If I have booked tickets online where do I collect them?
At the time of purchase you will be asked to nominate your preferred delivery method from the following options:
- Aramex delivery to a nominated address for a small delivery fee
- Personal collection of your tickets from a nominated ticket distribution centre
During October 2009, the Local Organising Committee of the FIFA Club World Cup will advise you via email or by telephone the location, dates and times for ticket collection. You will be able to collect your tickets from November 2009.
5. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can book?
Yes, the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009 has imposed a ticket limit on a few matches only allowing a maximum of 20 tickets, additionally, the LOC may impose other limits at it's discretion to ensure a fair distribution of tickets to all spectators.
6. Do children need a ticket?
Everyone over the age of two requires a ticket. Only children aged two years or younger who will not be occupying a seat are exempt from buying a ticket.
7. My husband is in a wheelchair, does he require a ticket? Is there disabled access?
Yes, all people attending a match require a ticket. Wheelchair spectators will be issued a wheelchair ticket plus the option of buying an additional carer ticket in the same area for a carer, friend or family member.
8. What are seat categories and how do I choose which category I want?
The stadium seats have been split into categories starting from Category 1, which are the better seats in the stadium, through to Category 4 which are the lowest category seats because the seats may be further from the pitch.
Category 1 seats are the more expensive tickets, whilst Category 4 tickets are the least expensive.

9. Is there a family ticket option and what does it include?
Yes, a family ticket is available for all matches. The family ticket comprises two adult tickets and four child tickets (children must be 16 years or under) - a total package of six tickets.
The cost of the family ticket option is the same as the cost of two adult tickets in Price Category 3 & 4. This means the four child tickets are free.
10. What ticket packages are on offer?
There are family ticket packages on offer for all of the matches, as well as other packages incorporating tickets to various matches.

11. Can I buy VIP seating?
No - there is no public seating available in the accredited or VIP areas of the stadium.
12. What are the Fan Zones?
There will be a ‘Fan Zone' at each stadium for every game. The Fan Zone will be filled with live entertainment and football related activities for all the whole family to enjoy. There will be food and beverages available and you will also be able to purchase official FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009 memorabilia.
Your ticket will give you free access to the Fan Zone and it will be open two hours before every match and for a period of time after each match.
13. Do I have to buy a separate ticket for entry into the Fan Zone?
No, your ticket provides you with full entry into the Fan Zone which will be open when the venue gates open, two hours before every match.

15. When will I know my seat locations?
You will know your actual seat location when you receive your physical ticket(s). You can however choose your seating Category when you buy your ticket(s). View ‘Stadium Maps' for Category locations.
16. How can I ensure I sit next to my friends?
In order to ensure you sit next to your friends or family you must purchase tickets together as a group. Because all seats are reserved you will not be able to sit next to friends or family if you do not purchase tickets together in one booking.
17. How should I get to the stadium on match day?
Each stadium holds in excess of 40,000 spectators so you are advised NOT to drive to the stadiums as car parking will be limited. Public transport is the best option and free shuttle buses will be provided from surrounding public points of interest within Abu Dhabi to get to the stadiums. More information will be available on transport options in November.
18. How much time should I allow to get to the stadium?
Allow plenty of time to get to the stadium and to get through security checks to ensure you don't miss the start of the game. Gates open two hours prior to every match and there will be plenty of activity and entertainment prior to kick-off. Your ticket will provide you with access into the Fan Zone where you will be able to purchase food and beverages and official tournament merchandise, before the matches.
19. After making an order and making payment, can I still change my ticket order?
No changes can be made to ticket orders once payment has been made.
20. Why is it important to purchase tickets early?
This is the first time the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009 has come to the UAE and demand for tickets will be high. To avoid disappointment we advise that you book your tickets early to guarantee your preference of matches and seats.
Seating allocation will be based on when tickets are purchased so those who purchase first, will receive the best seats for the match.
21. What can't I take with me into the stadium when I go to a game?
FIFA regulations restrict certain items being taken into the stadiums. Prohibited items are listed in the General Terms & Conditions and on the back of the ticket. Please refer to www.FIFA.com/uae2009 to view the full Ticket Terms & Conditions.
22. When will the names of the final two teams to qualify for the tournament be announced?
Currently five of the seven teams playing in the tournament have qualified.

TBC - Winner of the CAF (Africa) Champions Leagues 2009 - Decided in November 2009
The final two teams - the Asian Champion and the African Champion - will qualify in November 2009.
23. When is the Official Draw being done so I know which teams are playing in which matches?
The Official Draw is taking place in early November. Check www.FIFA.com/uae2009 for updates.
24. Can I bring my own food and beverages to the stadiums?
No - for safety reasons no food and beverages (unless required for medical reasons) will be allowed into the stadium grounds. However, there will be numerous food and beverage outlets all around the stadium to ensure you can buy food and beverages prior to and during the match.
