Ticket Delivery and Distribution of Tickets

At the time of purchase customers will be asked to nominate their preferred delivery method from the following options:

• Aramex delivery to a nominated address (small delivery fee applies - see below)
• Personal collection of tickets from a nominated ticket distribution centre

Ticket Delivery

If you choose to have your tickets delivered to a nominated address using Aramex International there will be a small delivery fee. Aramex delivery fees are as follows:

Please be advised it is the individual customer's responsibility to notify the Local Organising Committee of the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009 by email (tickets@fifacwc.ae) should delivery address details change after tickets have been booked and paid. Failure to do so may result in the delay or non-delivery of your tickets.

Ticket Pick Up

Customers opting to pick-up tickets will be contacted by email or telephone in October 2009 and provided with details of the Ticket Distribution Centre closest to them along with the opening hours and physical location.

Note: Delivery and pick-up of tickets will take place from November 2009.
