The FIFA/FIFpro World XI Predictor started on 1 December 2011 and ended at noon (CET) on 9 January 2012. Only entries that correctly predicted the official FIFA/FIFPro World XI went into the Grand Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw was held shortly after the official announcement of the FIFA/FIFPro World XI at the FIFA Ballon d'Or 2011 Gala.
