The names of the players who will form a World team to play against the recent winners of the World Club Cup are now known. The match, part of Real Madrid's centenary celebrations, will be played at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in the Spanish capital on December 18.

Luiz Felipe Scolari, the man who led Brazil to their fifth FIFA World Cup™ and who recently took charge of the Portuguese national team, will coach the squad of 25 players.

And the players invited to play against the strong Real Madrid team certainly have a world look about them, coming from no less than 12 countries. Among them there are three players from Spain and Argentina, two from Italy and the same number from FIFA World Cup finalists, Germany and Brazil.

The following is the complete list of players who will face Real Madrid.

Goalkeepers: Oliver Kahn (Germany) and Pablo Cavallero (Argentina).

Defenders: Bixente Lizarazu (France), Alessandro Nesta (Italy), Rafael Márquez (Mexico), Cristian Chivu (Romania), Nourredine Naybet (Marocco), Hatem Trabelsi (Tunisia), Paolo Maldini (Italy) and Murat Yakin (Switzerland).

Midfielders: Ruben Baraja (Spain), Michael Ballack (Germany), Kaka (Brazil), Hidetoshi Nakata (Japan), Pablo Aimar y Andres D´Alessandro (Argentina), Marc Wilmots (Belgium) and Cha Du- Ri (Korea Republic).

Forwards: Rivaldo (Brazil), Fernando Torres y Joaquín, (Spain), Roy Makaay (Holland), Miroslav Klose (Germany), Pedrag Mijatovic (Yugoslavia), Roberto Baggio (Italy) and Samuel Etoo (Cameroon).
