- Provide the USVI S.A. with a home for football and provide space for the expansion of development programmes
- Increase the development programmes through funds saved from renting facilities
- Enable the community to benefit indirectly through more options for sport through the construction of the facility
• Host national and international sporting events and assist in ensuring the use of funding for technical and development programmes
