The four CAF U-20 semi-finalsts learned where they'll be placed in the FIFA U-20 World Cup Turkey 2013 as Egypt claimed their fourth championship after beating Ghana 5-4 in a penalty shoot-out, while Nigeria edged Mali 2-1 in the bronze medal match.
