-to facilitate and improve the residential U-17 talented youth programme that relocates youth players from the outer islands to Rarotonga for a 12-15 month period
-to create a regional technical centre on Aitutaki island to achieve the association’s development strategies
- to provide local development programmes and activities for grassroots and talented youth players (men and women)
