After receiving approval for its first Goal project - an artificial turf pitch - in 2004, the Bermuda Football Association has now requested additional funding to finally make its national technical centre a reality. The Goal Bureau approved this request as the association's second project on 4 February 2008 with the objective of providing the Bermudan association with excellent facilities for development projects and training sessions.
