Support in the Framework of the Football for Hope
Movement:
In 2007 and 2008, Football for Hope is supporting the Play
Soccer programmes currently running in Ghana, South Africa,
Senegal, Malawi, Cameroon and Zambia. The funding will go towards
the strengthening of existing sites and the expansion into new
areas within the respective countries, with the aim of reaching out
to a large number of children currently not involved in Play Soccer
activities. Special focus will be applied to Play Soccer programmes
across the African continent on the establishment of Play Soccer
Leagues for both young girls and boys.
