The Union Sportive Musulmane d’Alger (USMA) was my club as a young fan and later I became chairman of the club

Pelé was my idol

What is your fondest footballing memory?
The qualification of the Algeria national team for the FIFA World Cup 2010 while I was President of the FA

What has been your biggest disappointment in football?
The incidents in Port Said (Egypt) which caused the death of dozens of people have been a great disappointment, and generally speaking the issues related to corruption in football which need to be eradicated
