Luxembourg's Minister of the Economy and Foreign Trade and Minister of Sport Jeannot Krecke met FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter at the home of world football's governing body in Zurich yesterday (Thursday, 24 July 2008). He was accompanied by a delegation of representatives from the Luxembourg authorities.

The discussions focused on national, European and world football, in particular 6+5, with the FIFA President explaining the philosophy and terms of the proposal to the Luxembourg delegation.
