The FIFA President is travelling to Minsk and Kiev for an official visit. On Friday 16 March, he will be greeted by the president of the Belarus FA, Gennady Nevyglas, at Minsk Airport. He will then meet the Prime Minister of the Republic, Sergei Sidorky, before visiting the offices of the FA. Here he will meet representatives of the football family of Belarus and speak to the local press.
 
Mr. Blatter will move on to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. The president of the Ukraine FA, Grigoriy Surkis, will be ready to welcome him. The programme follows with an official meeting with Viktor Yanukovych and the country's president Viktor Yushchenko. The FIFA President will also visit the home of the Ukraine FA, which was modernised in 2006 thanks to a FIFA Goal Project.
