FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter has offered his congratulations to representatives from the Nigerian FA and the Nigeria 2009 organising committee.

The FIFA delegation have rounded off their trip to Mexico by unveiling Santos Laguna’s new sports complex, which is also set to feature at the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2011.

The second day of FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter’s trip to Mexico has taken the delegation to Pachuca, 60 kilometres north of Mexico City.
