A delegation from the Azerbaijan FA paid a visit to FIFA Tuesday 17 November 2009 and met with the FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter. On top of Mr. Rovnaq Abdullayev President of the AFFA since 2008, who is shown on the picture, were present Mr. Elshad Nasirov, Vice-President of teh AFFA and Mr. Elkhan Mammadov, General Secretary of the AFFA.
