A delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran Football Federation, headed by its newly elected President Taj Mehdi paid a visit to FIFA President Gianni Infantino and FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura at the Home of FIFA in Zurich on Wednesday 17 August 2016.

On the agenda of the meeting were several football development initiatives in Iran, particularly in the fields of grassroots, women’s football and medical support.
