On Thursday 18 November, a press conference was held at the Home of FIFA in Zurich following the meeting of the Ethics Committee.

The FIFA Ethics Committee, under the chairmanship of Claudio Sulser met for a three-day meeting of the Ethics Committee held in Zurich between 15 and 17 November 2010 and took decisions to ban six football officials from taking part in any football-related activity (administrative, sports or any other) for periods of between one and four years after they were found to have breached various articles of the FIFA Code of Ethics.
